Certainly, our trainees are ready to take on work and can help out with ongoing tasks and the launch of new projects. Their skills can be shaped by you to fit the needs of your business and this can also be an excellent opportunity for developing leadership and tutoring skills.
As our trainees are from all over Europe, they bring with them at least one extra language as well as new angles and ideas. Due to their different professional trainings, they can share their experiences to illuminate new ways of working.
None at all. All our trainees receive a grant to move abroad, this covers their transport costs, living expenses and any other costs they might incur during their placement.
We are passionate about helping young people with career development in a way that is free of exploitation or financial struggle. Our funding comes from various mobility programmes throughout Europe including Erasmus+ and Movetia.
We value companies that provide safe, interesting and engaging placements. Our trainees bring with them their own expertise and experiences, and we look for placements where they can grow, adapt and contribute.
We also ask that there is one person in your company who can be assigned as a tutor to the trainee and this person will be the trainee’s contact person if they have any questions or need any extra direction with their tasks.
From HR, marketing, and graphic design to the more technical profiles such as mechanical engineers, IT developers and electricians, our trainees are specialised in an eclectic array of backgrounds and vocations.
We take our time to match up companies with a trainee so that their skillsets and experiences compliment that of your company and so that you can make the most out of their time with you.
The lengths of our placements vary depending on the programme. Most of our placements last for 3-6 months, however, we also welcome students from 4 weeks and up to a year.
Our trainees go through a rigorous application process. They are pre-selected by their sending institution and then are vetted again by us. We interview the candidates to make sure they are motivated, skilled and have a good language level. We then look for companies that match the trainees’ skills, career goals and personalities.
